Emma’s passion for fitness began when she discovered just how good running made her feel. Throughout her 13+ year running career, Emma found pairing Pilates with runs improved her performance and mindset, and practicing a combination of the two became something she craved.
Emma developed the Run Method Studio after struggling to find time in the day to squeeze in both a run and an effective Pilates workout. The Run Method incorporates Pilates sequences designed for runners with intervals on the treadmill, providing low impact strength and cardio in one unique class format. Emma’s vision is to cultivate a community of running and Pilates lovers and to offer a new form of movement that sculpts the body and mind.
