Find the perfect balance of cardio and sculpting, high intensity pushes and low impact strength, hard work and joyful movement
The Run Method Studio offers classes programmed for runners and non-runners alike who are looking to mix a bit of cardio into their mat routine (or vice versa!). Classes vary from 10-60 minutes. Equipment is always optional, and a mix of modifications and intensifications are provided in every class to make people of all fitness levels feel welcome. These are great classes to take with you to the gym as most of us don’t have a treadmill at home - running and Pilates sections can also be enjoyed outside!
Tread
Alternate between Pilates sections on your mat and intervals on a treadmill. All Pilates moves are designed to improve your running performance and prepare you physically and mentally to step on the tread. Time on the treadmill focuses on building your speed and endurance.
Run Method Strength
Tread and Pilates class that emphasize strength building for runners and high intensity running efforts. These classes offer two Pilates sections and two treadmill sections and are considered intermediate to advanced simply because of the duration spent moving your body (40–60-minute classes)
Run Method Sculpt
Tread and Pilates class designed to make you feel sculpted and glowing without pushing you to your max effort level. These classes have one or two Pilates section and one treadmill section (30–40-minute classes)
Pilates
Not every day is (or should be) a running day! These Pilates only classes target the stabilizing muscles that power your runs, train proper alignment, and help you practice your mind-body connection in a way that leaves you feeling toned from head to toe.
